Ha Long Bay

My dreams will always come and go as they are many. I want to master my native language. Half the words outside of daily speech I do not understand. I await the day which I will see the lands of my ancestors where I will be able to breathe and see what is left and what it will become. Stuck in the past I cannot and will not be. I will always seek a brighter future–not only for myself, but also those who I care for.

On the question of a life-long goal, that I do not yet know. I seek not to squander my life with meaningless work, but instead to build upon relationships and enjoy life for what I see it as. Each person will define his own path in life. This chosen though not fixed course is the forward movement of living. A purpose comes from the self and not to serve a greater power in order to seek salvation I believe. Salvation is already here! You make this world your own salvation through your acts of learning, compassion, and seeking to understand.

Be wary when judgment is passed for nothing is indefinitely permanent. It cannot be the case that you are always correct in your decisions.

  5. Have you try Yahoo360. It’s a blog and kinda like facebook too, where you can click on your school and search for people and also post up photos. More like myspace but I like yahoo360 layout better. There are a lot of Vietnamese from Vietnam on that blog.

Anyways, I wish you best of luck. Have a safe trip and I hope that you will gain a lot of good experiences out of it.

I am proud of your initiatives and thoughts. We are all on a journey of self discovry going through life. May your trip to Vietnam help you understand better who you are and discover for yourself what you want to do in life. Just open your eye and ear to observe. Pay attention to the little things that are reach in meanings. And have fun!
